**About the Role**
The Brand Coordinator role’s primary objective is to assist the Goodyear & Total Tyres Brand Teams in the coordination of marketing activities within the ANZ market. Including the following - assistance with LAM advertising, digital campaigns, CRM, B2B promotions (with occasional exposure to B2C), internal & external communications, events, trade shows, reporting, budget and general administration collaboratively with the Goodyear & Total Tyres Brand Teams.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Support the broader Goodyear & Total Tyres Teams in organizing various projects as required
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and trade shows, and attend them to help facilitate their success
- Assist in the organizing of traditional and digital campaigns
- Assist with the preparation of promotional presentations
- Assist with the co-ordination and update of online content on the brands’ websites, ePortals and social media accounts
- Assist to monitor campaign success
- Work with Agencies to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
- Assist with writing marketing literature (brochures, press releases, internal communication pieces, etc.)
- Co-ordinating the Marketing Activity Calendar updates
- Assist in managing the brand marketing expense budgets, reporting on a cycle-to-cycle basis
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and co-ordination of the Goodyear & Total Tyres Brand Teams’ activities
- Assist in updating spreadsheets and databases with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Assist in preparing reports on performance across stakeholder aligned key marketing metrics
- Experience as an Administration Support / Marketing Assistant / Brand Coordinator ideal but not essential
- Understanding of marketing principles & key performance indicators preferred but not essential
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task with strong attention to details and adhere to tight deadlines
- Analytical skills with sound financial acumen
- Experience in working in SAP environment preferred but not essential
- Well-organized with a stakeholder-oriented approach
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Effective communication and people skills
- Agile, pro-active and motivated to learn
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Commerce or Business Administration would be seen as advantageous
