We’re seeking a **Full-Time Retail Pool Shop Manager** to lead our Burleigh team. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day retail operations, manage stock and merchandising, provide outstanding service to customers, and support and guide the shop team. You’ll also have the opportunity to build technical knowledge in pool and spa servicing, with clear growth opportunities as our company continues to expand.

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Brings a positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Has proven retail or customer service experience, ideally with some supervisory or management background
- Is available full-time, including weekends
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities
- Is keen to learn technical knowledge about pools and spas and share it with the team
