Our client is currently seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development of their cutting-edge software for worker safety and asset monitoring. Joining their award-winning team, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a group of collaborative and innovative individuals who provide communication solutions that connect people with vital assets, information, and each other. As a Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of this company and helping them achieve their goals.

**Your new role**

The software is a cloud-based solution that delivers global worker safety and asset monitoring services and is utilised by some of the region’s largest organisations.

As the Product Manager you will identify and analyse opportunities to improve the value and competitive position of the software.
- You will introduce new products to fill market needs, define feature sets and manage the development program and product roadmap.
- You will manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the highest value and best fit for purpose solutions are delivered to our end-users.
- You will also manage new product launches and engage with other departments and our partners through every step of the product delivery process.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in the role of Product Manager, you will have the following skill set:

- Demonstrable success in delivering turn-key software and service solutions
- A strong background in software product management, with a particular focus on data collection and logging, tracking and IVMS, or safety solutions
- The ability to think analytically and turn customer business problems into opportunities for our solutions
- A driven and enthusiastic approach to their work, with a passion for harnessing new technology
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing workplace
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders to ensure the complete and timely delivery of new solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A good understanding of business and commercial acumen
- A relevant engineering or other technical qualification will be well-regarded.
