**The Role**:
A brand-new opportunity to be a part of a new Little project - a project that will allow experienced Property Managers to make a difference in our community through social responsibility.
This isn’t a traditional Property Manager role - you will be rewarded and challenged through giving back to the community. With this NDIS initiative - you will be ensuring people with disabilities are matched to the right homes in a caring and supportive way. This role will allow our most vulnerable Australians to live independently and allow us at Little to give back by delivering the highest level of service.
Our Property Managers have the flexibility and independence to manage their own week and are supported by caring and inspiring leaders. The successful incumbents will be a part of building a new division within Little; a division with huge focus and is destined to grow.
At Little, we care. We are looking for two passionate Property Management experts to live and breathe the Little values, people who think outside the box and love what they do:

- Portfolio based property management (70 properties each)
- Liaise with carers of the renters within properties
- Deliver a service based on care and support with the renter in mind
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections
- Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
- Minimise and maintain rental arrears

- Industry experience and a passion for Property Management (Commercial or Residential)
- A current Agent's Representative Certificate
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Forward thinking
- The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Someone who wants to make a difference
