The Australian National University (ANU) College of Engineering, Computing and Cybernetics (CECC) is a vibrant and diverse community of more than three thousand students, staff, and visitors. Our College is comprised of three schools: School of Computing, School of Cybernetics, and School of Engineering, supported by the Professional Services Group.

The Professional Services Group of CECC provides expertise that supports the College in the successful delivery of its objectives. Our expertise spans across Engagement, Community, Resources, combining strengths across each of these focused areas to identify and build strong collaborative relationships throughout our broad stakeholder base.

**Position overview**

The Education Service Team located within the Professional Services Group has an exciting opportunity to contribute to education support functions on a fulltime, fixed-term capacity. We are looking for a team-player savvy in technical skills and with ability to work closely with academic staff. The main responsibilities of the role are:

- Supporting Learning Management System (WATTLE) administration through creating and maintaining WATTLE sites according to College requirements.
- Administration of Class Summary process and Timetabling, working closely with academic staff and school administration teams.
- Liaising with academic staff and central division (CLT/LSSG) to facilitate planning, troubleshooting and the smooth running of courses.
- Represent the College in TELUG/MyTimeTable working groups and meetings and facilitate training and support to college staff.
