We are growing and require a passionate **Duty Manager** who strives to provide quality service with a smile and assist in leading the team to success.

To be successful you will require:

- Similar role in a hotel/accommodation environment preferable
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to delegate tasks
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high volume work situations
- Ability to lead a team to success by leading by example

Tasks required include:

- Leading the team in absence of management and act as a representative on behalf of the Accommodation
- Drive a Togethered culture for our guests and team members
- Maintained and deliver to our highest standards
- Monitoring all arrivals and departures, communicating with relevant teams to ensure smooth operations

**Salary**: From $63,000.00 per year
