**About the role**:
Reporting to the Visual Merchandise & Planogram Manager, this position will develop, create & maintain business approved Planograms across multiple merchandise categories & store space configurations for Merchandise & Store teams in Australia & international expansion into New Zealand; while driving improved GMROS and adhering to Visual Merchandise standards and department rules for the entire business.

This role will maintain presentation levels & planned display quantities across all assigned store Planograms in conjunction with our integrated centralised ordering system and work to continually improve performance in both Micro and Macro levels and ensure accuracy of Planogram to Store relationships. Regular update of Planograms to remove/reduce discontinued product will continue to execute the business KPI for stock availability management.

**Key deliverables**:

- To create and maintain Planograms across multiple merchandise categories using the Nielsen Spaceman Suite program and ensure a high presentation standard with accurate and operational formats.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders through product lifecycles and for new and updated planogram sign off/approval prior to communication to the wider business.
- Space utilisation analysis and return on investment(GMROS, GMROII) through Planogramming.
- To provide advice and guidance to the Merchandise & Store teams on ranging decisions and product inclusions in Planograms, with regards to store flow, space and layouts and be a central point for store and product flow for best customer experience.
- Manage and prepare for New and Renovation store projects with category Planograms assessed/updated to ensure discontinued stocks removed and presentation levels maintained for key target dates and store set up timelines.
- Ensuring business intranet site kept up to date with the most recent category Planograms/Floorplans.
- Driving the standardised communication process for assigned category’s during seasonal and adhoc rollouts and relays to stores.

**About you**:

- Proven ability to develop & implement planograms and visual merchandising layouts with a high attention to detail.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Space Planning Software (Spaceman, JDA, Apollo or similar).
- Knowledge & understanding of retail stock flows, various retail formulae, and space metrics.
- Experience in various software programs ‐ Microsoft Office, ITV, Adobe Suite inc Photoshop(or equivalent software editing software)
