Due to continued success, we are now looking to expand our team and are on the hunt for an exceptional leader to head up manufacturing and fulfil the position of Manufacturing Manager.

This newly created, full time permanent position based in Henderson, will report to the Chief Executive Officer and assist with implementing short, medium
- and long-term strategies to move the company forward and increase production performance aligned to the company’s vision, mission, strategic business plan, goals and objectives.

This no doubt presents a great opportunity as we expand our manufacturing operations and total work area. With your experience and vision, you will improve manufacturing capability, productivity, sustainability and waste minimisation through the utilisation of new technologies, lean manufacturing methodology, workflow, plant and factory layout.

As a medium size organisation teamwork is important, so egos are left at the front door. Some days will be very much hands on steering the ship while others may be plotting a plan to achieve world class manufacturing domination.

You will be supported by forward thinking Directors with more than 20 years’ industry experience and a talented team of expert professionals and business support specialists.
