**What You'll Do**
- Install a wide range of signage including wall graphics, window frosting, 3D lettering, statutory signage, vinyl decals, basic vehicle decals and external panels
- Conduct site checks and prepare surfaces as needed
- Drive to and from job sites using company vehicles
- Use of power tools and access equipment safely and confidently
- Liaise with account managers, production and design teams to ensure accurate installations
- Assisting with production and fabrication
- Represent Urban Prints on-site with professionalism and attention to detail
- Maintain company provided tools, vehicles and workspace to a high standard

**What We're Looking For**
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in signage installation
- Solid skills using hand tools, power tools, adhesives, and hardware
- White Card required
- Valid manual driver’s licence
- Comfortable working at heights and with power tools
- Can-do attitude, reliability, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Must love dogs

**Nice To Have (But not essential)**
- EWP and Working at Heights
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and install drawings
- Understanding of DDA/BCA compliance signage
- Experience with LED signage and lightbox installation
- Trade or construction background
- Print production skills (VersaWorks)
- Certificate III in Signs and Graphics

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
