Full Job Description
**About the Client**:
With over 70 years in operation, our Client is a family-owned successful business and market leading provider within the Roofing Services industry.
**About the Role**:
Based in West Ipswich, this role provides accounting support and supervision of Staff to ensure that the business fulfils its service obligations to Clients, directly engaging and interacting with Staff and Clients on a daily basis.
**About You**:
- Working knowledge of all aspects of the finance functions as well as financial reporting procedures
- Supervision of Accounts Staff
- Creditor end of month reconciliations for all companies making ready for payment
- Reconciling and processing of all credit card statements
- Calculating split up of Accountant’s and IT invoices so they are ready for processing
- Processing Creditor Account Applications for AGR/RX/THG
- Various Creditor processing corrections and adjustments
- Addressing THG stock issues and making adjustments where required
- Addressing Staff Creditor queries for all companies
- Intercompany Labour Hire payments when required
- Monthly payment of IAS and quarterly BAS for each company
- Monthly stocktake reporting for RX
- End of month reports before roll for AGR/RX/THG
- End of month reconciliation and reporting for all small companies
- Manage yearly stocktake system preparation and reporting for THG (usually May each year)
- Processing of General Ledger Journals when required
- Leave relief for Admin Manager and Payroll
