**The Role**
This is your opportunity to be an important part of a range of creative projects, working closely with the Design Directors and Project Leads within a vibrant and friendly community.

**Our Interior Designers are responsible for**:

- assisting the Lead Designers and Director in all aspects of design and project management as required
- managing small sized projects, leading into 2IC role on medium size projects
- work closely with clients to capture their purpose and aspirations, and bring that vision to life through spatial design
- stay informed and have views on design trends and thought leadership
- work hands-on drafting key projects across workplace, retail and hospitality

**What you bring**:

- creativity and a passion for designing unique interior experiences that enable people to thrive
- proven experience within an interior design practice - minimum 3 years
- team player and inspiring contributor
- ability to work with highly creative team, detailing custom and unique fitouts
- advanced skills in REVIT (preferred) CAD, Photoshop, InDesign
- a stickler for attention to detail and adherence to standards
- proactive, efficient, solutions-focused and well organised
- collaborative and committed to embracing a strong community team culture
- 3D visualisation skills are very highly regarded - we use Enscape
