**The Role**
- **Lead Educator - **Diploma qualified - full-time - Beerwah. Experienced in 2-3 year age

**Skills and experience**
- Hold a QLD Bluecard or able to apply.
- Hold an ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification.
- Current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (HLTAID004) or willing to obtain.
- Desire to work with children and demonstrated capacity to enhance their experiences.
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care.
- Experience in an Early Childhood setting viewed favourably.
