Busy Bees at Armstrong Creek, is a beautiful 126-place service where you’ll find a warm and nurturing learning environment and inspiring learning opportunities for children aged six weeks to six years. Located in a growing suburb that has lots of young families and is community-driven, our centre is also located close to lovely cafes and shops.

We offer on-site parking for staff and there is a bus stop located outside our service for ease of access via public transport. Our facilities are well-maintained and we also have a beautiful, large, lounge-style staff room for our team.

Essential Qualifications- Certificate III or Diploma* in Early Childhood Education and Care (or r an equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA).- A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.- Current and valid Australian Work Rights.

Essential Skills, Attributes, and Experience- Familiarity with National Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) required- Previous experience as an Educator, with proficiency in documenting children's development using relevant software.- Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children.- Understand developmental milestones and design age-appropriate programs.- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.- Collaborate within a diverse team and adapt to varying needs in an early childhood setting.
