**Sol Cleanse Production Manager**
Full time salaried position Monday - Friday.
Sol Cleanse is extending her arms to welcome the newest member of our beautiful team to join us in our Coburg North kitchen. We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager - someone with experience managing a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment who feels the calling to work with a company they feel completely aligned with. Ideally we are looking for someone with a passion for health and wellness who is ready to step up in their career to work in an essential role in a growing company. This role includes physical tasks so we are looking for someone who is excited by the thought of being active at work and loves rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in
**Responsibilities/tasks include**:
This is a key role in the Sol Cleanse kitchen: the implementer of all of the moving parts and delegator of tasks. This person must be comfortable to work with & under instruction of the Operations Manager, and at the same time can be responsible to delegate to casual / part time staff and ensure to perform tasks efficiently to ensure smooth running of the kitchen. This person will be heavily involved in day to day production so must be enthusiastic about taking on a hands-on physical role.
**Responsibilities/tasks include**:
- Kitchen Production - Juicing, bottling, packing, cleaning.
- Proficient use of google drive, google sheets, excel, word
- Managing staffing and staff rosters
- Managing staff performance and productivity
- Co-running team meetings and training
- Managing and ordering stock and produce - maintaining and building relationships with local farmers and suppliers
- Following cleaning, maintenance and training schedules
- Ensuring production times are kept within appropriate limits
- Maintaining company culture and staff wellbeing
- Contributing to and following policies and procedures including operations, Food Safety, OH&S
- Ensure staff are following policies and procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement and developing and growing Sol Cleanse
- Be responsible for delivery driver phone calls outside business hours (these are rare)

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
