A fantastic and high impact opportunity for a Reporting Analyst has become available within the National Data & Analytics (NDA) department of ALDI stores, based in Minchinbury, NSW. **This is a permanent full-time position.**

This pivotal role will see you immersing yourself in the captivating world of data at ALDI, a place where every number tells a story. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to scope reporting solutions and work alongside passionate individuals who will develop and implement valuable reports that guide our decision-making.
- Collaborate with the business to craft tailored reporting solutions, leveraging user stories and UX/UI principles in a globally scalable way.
- Maintain and prioritise the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs, ensuring clarity and focus on deliverable outcomes.
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams in delivering analytics products.
- Provide training and support to users and internal teams regarding the analytics products, ensuring proper usage and maximising value.
- Manage and manipulate data sets across diverse and structured environments, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with data governance and international standards.
- Work closely with our International Data & Analytics department to collaborate on best practises, find common ground to leverage and contribute towards the global reporting suite.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in report development roles, demonstrating proficiency in Tableau highly regarded.
- Exposure in a data-focused process improvement role, with an emphasis on incorporating UX/UI design concepts to enhance user experiences.
- Exceptional ability to engage with and support stakeholders and the ability to convey technical ideas to relevant business stakeholders.
- Understanding of data management and analytics methodologies, with a focus on user-centric design principles.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies as a Developer on a cross-functional agile team.
- Experience in handling SAP data and working on data transformation projects, coupled with programming skills is desirable.

**Remuneration**
- Transparent tiered salary range of **$139,200 - $158,800** including Superannuation.
