GreenLife Group (GLG) is seeking an experienced and qualified Operations Supervisor to maintain horticultural assets for our clients throughout Brisbane.

Who are we?

We’re a dedicated and innovative team with over 25 years' experience, who are industry leaders specialising in the provision of grounds and property maintenance for many local councils, sporting clubs and commercial clients.

What you’ll do in this role:
As an experienced leader, the Operations Supervisor will have the demonstrated ability to:

- Implement and maintain schedules in conjunction with our clients' requirements;
- Develop, motivate and lead your teams across numerous and various sites;
- Ensure implementation and delivery of timelines, deadlines and routines in conjunction with our clients' needs and schedules;
- Conduct analysis of your teams' output and standards to continually improve the needs and requirements of your sites;
- Supervise and ensure the safe operation and transportation of all vehicles, plant and/or equipment, including performing routine checks.

Ultimately, we are seeking a supervisor who can keep their team focused, who keeps them motivated, who helps, guides and trains them be the best they can be in order to achieve set outcomes. We want an efficient problem solver, time manager, and planner. But most of all we want someone who truly understands people and how to best lead them.

What we’re looking for:

- Certificate III in Horticulture or Turf Management;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in leading teams;
- Traffic Management Implementation (previously Level 2, is advantageous);
- Experience conducting and capturing quality site audits and inspections electronically;
- Current manual driver's licence (MR or HR is advantageous)
- Strong work ethic with outstanding time management skills.
