We believe in fostering social and personal development of children while ensuring that educators enjoy a rewarding and healthy work-life balance. **About the Role**: - Support the provider in the daily running of a community-focused, fun, and exciting service. - Develop and implement a program based on children's interests and your own skills, fostering a stimulating learning environment. - Play an integral role in the local community, providing high-quality education and care to young learners. - Work within a small yet dynamic team environment, where every member's contribution is valued. - Create engaging and enriching learning experiences for children aged - Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. - Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community to support their overall well-being and development. **About the Service**: - Our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program is licensed for 77 children, making it an essential and significant component of our local community. - Recognised as a respected and well-regarded part of both the school and wider community, our service plays an integral role in supporting families and providing quality care for children. - Backed by an established and experienced management team, as well as a dedicated team of educators. - The OSHC program is known for its vibrant and engaging environment, where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and have fun under the guidance of our passionate and dedicated team of educators. **About You**: - Must hold an approved qualification for working as a first or second and subsequent qualified educator in OSHC ACT - Maintain a valid Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one. - Demonstrate enthusiasm and proactiveness in your approach to childcare and education. - Exhibit reliability, passion, and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment. - Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. **Child Safeguarding**: Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards).
