**About the Service**:

- Our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program is licensed for 77 children, making it an essential and significant component of our local community.
- Recognised as a respected and well-regarded part of both the school and wider community, our service plays an integral role in supporting families and providing quality care for children.
- Backed by an established and experienced management team, as well as a dedicated team of educators.
- The OSHC program is known for its vibrant and engaging environment, where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and have fun under the guidance of our passionate and dedicated team of educators.

**About You**:

- Must hold an approved qualification for working as a first or second and subsequent qualified educator in OSHC ACT
- Maintain a valid Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and proactiveness in your approach to childcare and education.
- Exhibit reliability, passion, and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

**Child Safeguarding**:
Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards). In your position, you will help to take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.

**Child safeguarding methods for this position, include, but are not limited to**:

- A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
- Thorough screening.
- Reference checks.
- A national criminal history check.
