**The Position**

**St John of God Mt Lawley** is a 205 bed private hospital located on the banks of the Swan River. We are a major provider of Rehabilitation and surgical services across Western Australia. We have vast experience delivering inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation to both public and private patients. Our services are supported by a team of experienced leaders, nurses, allied health and medical caregivers.

- **Patient Food Service Attendant** you will participate as a team member across all areas of the catering department and contribute as required in the prompt & timely delivery of patient meals.

- Knowledge of Safe Food Handling, Housekeeping, Safe Manual Handling Techniques and Safe Chemical Use.
- A high level of customer service skills including flexibility, thoughtfulness andnegotiation.
- Organisational skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work within a team, and also autonomously, with a display of leadership skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with patients, visitors, Caregivers and management
