Merchandise Assistant Gpc Asia Pacific

**The Opportunity**:
As GPC continues to grow and develop, we’re excited to introduce an exciting role within our product team. As Merchandise Assistant you will play an important role in the category’s success by coordinating the team’s marketing activities, liaising with suppliers and internal departments, reviewing and making updated to our online presence, maintaining product master data, producing reports and providing insights into category KPI’s.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Produce reports and provide insights into the performance of past marketing activities
- Liaise between product team, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure marketing activities are accurate and completed within the agreed timeframes
- Conduct reviews of online content to ensure products are presented accurately and in a language easily understood by our customers
- Research market activities to identify gaps and opportunities
- Review master data and coordinate updates to rectify identified issue
- Work closely with the team to optimise category performance

**About You**:

- Strong computer skills (particularly Excel, you love Vlookups)
- You could be a new graduate or looking to take that next step up
- Your Analytically minded, with a passion for research and results
- Effective communications and building, leveraging strong business relationships comes naturally to you
- Your collaborative and a true team player, we’re looking for someone with that ‘get up and go’ attitude
- Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and juggle a number of changing priorities
- You’ll fit in well if you can have a laugh whist performing to high standards, as we’re a high performing team that has a good time doing it.
