Momentum Consulting, in partnership with a leading Australian supplier of ready-made meals, invites you to be a part of our dynamic team located conveniently at Greenacre in the heart of the meat industry.

**Role Overview**:
As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for wielding the knife hand with precision and expertise, slicing and dicing PORK, BEEF, and SEAFOOD to perfection. Your duties will encompass cooking, packing, and weighing both raw and cooked meats, ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene in our cold storage environment. From early morning starts to afternoon shifts, you'll be immersed in the fast-paced world of food production, handling raw and cooked meals with care while adhering to GMP and knife safety protocols.

**About You**:

- Mastery of knife skills and a background in food processes
- Ability to commit to full-time hours during peak seasons
- Capable of lifting 15 - 20kg loads effortlessly
- Comfortable working in a cold environment
- No work restrictions and access to reliable transportation
