**About the role**
This critical role forms part of our busy Information Technology Services team. This is a great opportunity to ultimately provide complex administrative assistance and business support.
Reporting directly to the General Manager - Information Technology Services, your day to day will consist of:
- Organising and managing executive diary commitments and correspondence, in addition to contributing to executive reports and collating information as requested;
- Managing travel arrangements, roster management, credit card reconciliations, major supplier issues and billing resolution and general filing for the Information Technology Services team;
- Coordinating team events and catering;
- Scheduling and preparing Technology meetings, high profile interviews and appointments;
- Preparing draft communications and documentation;
- Participating in policy and procedure development.
Indicative Total Remuneration: $65,000 (plus significant salary sacrificing benefits + superannuation).
**About you**
The role calls for an individual who is highly organised, extremely personable, and flexible. They will understand customer centricity and be comfortable conversing and interacting with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Multi-tasking will be second nature, and calm presence of mind is paramount, as is a mind for continual innovation and service improvement.
Adept at maintaining high standards of discretion, and with the proven ability to handle difficult situations with tact and sensitivity, this opportunity will excite you. Team work skills, with the capacity to deliver results and meet objectives, are essential.
You have experience in a similar role and possess:
- Diploma or equivalent relevant experience in business administration or other relevant field;
- Current driver's licence;
- Minimum four years' experience in an administration, secretarial or clerical role;
- Experience working in the IT sector, is desirable.
