**About the role**

We have an opportunity to grow your career and take the next step into leadership. This position leads our team to deliver Home Care services that meet our high-quality care standards, are individually tailored and person centred based out of Maddington. You will also provide direct support to older people in the community promoting independence, facilitating connection with others, and working in partnership to meet individual goals.

**About you**

You’ll have significant experience in delivering front line services within the aged care sector and a desire to lead a team in delivering service you’ll bring energy, inspiration and the ability to contribute to Mercy Cares growth as a leader in the sector. Your key experience will include:

- Significant experience and in depth experience delivering frontline services in aged care (essential)
- Minimum of Cert IV in relevant industry.
- Experience managing a team of frontline workers in Aged Care Services is ideal, or, strongly demonstrated leadership skills and team building
- Highly effective organisational and time management skills
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills across employees, service user, carers and families
- Minimum Intermediate digital skills including the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Databases, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and virtual meeting platforms e.g. Teams/Zoom.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and monitor a range of contractual performance indicators and adhere to relevant quality standards and regulations including reporting requirements
- Able to effectively manage and monitor budgets within specified parameters
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
