**The Positions**:
Position 1: Staff Specialist - Full Time

Position Title: Staff Specialist - Palliative Care Medicine Physician

Salary per hour (exc. super): $126.25 - $173.60 (dependent on Medical Specialist Year Level)
Hours per fortnight: 76

Position 2: Fractional Specialist - Part Time
Position Title: Fractional Specialist - Palliative Care Medicine Physician
Classification: HN17 - HN57
Salary per hour (exc. super): $151.50 - $197.80 (dependent on Medical Specialist Year Level)
Hours per fortnight: 25.2
Employment Status: Permanent/ Fractional

Other requirements: Ahpra Specialist Registration, COVID-19 Vaccinations plus Booster

**Role Description**

The role of the consultant physician will be to provide specialist palliative medical support and clinical leadership to the Bendigo Health Specialist Palliative Care Service and its patients including the Loddon Mallee Specialist Palliative Care Consultancy Team, Bendigo Community Specialist Palliative Care Service and the Inpatient Specialist Palliative Care Unit.

**The LMR Specialist Palliative Care Consultancy (LMRSPCCS)**

The LMRSPCCS provides an in reach and outreach specialist consultancy service across the entire South Loddon Mallee region, working closely with generalist and specialist palliative care providers.
