Damm Fine Food Co. have a great opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional, looking to get out of the restaurant game and into the super exciting world of events. This is a senior position so extensive hospitality experience is required. You need to lead our FOH teams, liaise with our clients and work side by side with our event sales team. This role also involves training our new recruits and taking on some components of venue management. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct briefing for each event liaising with the Kitchen adn floor team leaders.
- Monitor all suppliers delivering or collecting items from the venue, adhering to security procedures.
- Coordinate the venue set up and bump out in a timely manner.
- Liaise with client to ensure all is running to schedule and client expectations are met and surpassed; action any issue swiftly.
- Making sure staff is coached and trained on the field, providing consistent performance review and constructive feedback.
- Control each event efficiency in line with company standard.
- Clean and maintain venue appearence and par levels, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and in order.
- Complete the final closing walkthrough at the end of each event.
- Complete a detailed summary report at the end of each event.
- Liaise with the operation manager and event manager to esnure alle evnts are accurately prepared, execute and conclided.
