Guest Regulatory Information Group Administrator are responsible to assist in administering guest-oriented business processes and practices, particularly in relation to, Privacy and Responsible Gambling for the Group. They are also required to work with other areas of The Star to support appropriate use and administration of processes related to regulatory obligations of The Star policy requirements.

**About the role**:

- Manage and respond to requests for information pursuant to the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth).
- Process exclusions paperwork and maintain records of exclusion decisions
- Support the operation of Exclusion review Committees
- Manage business processes related to regulatory reporting about exclusions, data quality as it relates to excluded people and administration of exclusions generally.
- Assist the Patron Liaison Managers to maintain business process and standards documents
- Assist in the administration of the Protect Database particularly in respect of The Responsible Gambling Persons of Interest register and Exclusions related registers.
- Conduct regular checks of new accounts created for excluded people to detect duplication and other data quality issues.
- Assist in identifying potential weaknesses in internal controls and business processes or respond to opportunities to align processes across the group.

**About You**:

- High level attention to detail & time management
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use multiple databases to search, enter and extract data
- Previous experience in the Responsible Gambling space
