As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of your Region, including developing and leading your team to success, executing marketing campaigns and selling shoes

**The role**:

- Sales focused Area Manager to oversee various size regions of up to 15 stores
- Lead a strong diverse culture and display a hands on approach
- Ensure store presentation is at company benchmark
- Manage high volumes on stock through strong Merchandise skills.
- Recruit, mentor and succession plan your people.
- Promote and live the 8 core Spendless values.
- Drive profitability through effective store & inventory management.
- Manage, support and mentor Team performance.
- Travel to metro Sydney and country locations
- Live each day the Spendless way

**About you**:

- Experienced background, min.3+ years in a Retail Management role.
- The ability to work autonomous, be organised and sales focused.
- Drive a strong sales team culture, working with a large and diverse team.
- Is pro-active, energetic, and driven for success.
- Genuine hands on, lead by example leadership style.
- Has experience in exceeding sales and other KPI targets.
- Exceptional communication and motivational skills.
- Has a passion for fashion and exceptional customer service.
- Ability to travel intra and interstate.

Ideally, you have experience in multi site management in a busy, fast paced environment to be considered. This is an exciting and challenging role and requires you to be flexible to attend to the needs of the business.
