**Overview**

We are looking for a passionate and accredited **Dietitian** to join our allied health team. This role involves working with participants to assess nutritional needs, develop personalised meal plans, and promote healthy eating habits to support overall wellbeing and specific health goals. You’ll work with a diverse range of clients across various settings, including NDIS participants, people with chronic health conditions, and those requiring dietary support for disability-related or medical concerns.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct nutritional assessments to understand individual dietary needs and goals.
- Develop and implement personalised meal plans and dietary interventions.
- Provide education and counselling to clients and their families on nutrition, food choices, and healthy eating habits.
- Support clients with chronic disease management, weight management, gastrointestinal issues, allergies, and other dietary needs.
- Collaborate with support workers, carers, and other health professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Monitor progress and adapt plans as necessary.
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with industry standards.
- Deliver services in home, clinic, community, or telehealth settings.

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Current APD (Accredited Practising Dietitian) status with Dietitians Australia.
- Experience working with NDIS participants or individuals with disabilities is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based nutritional practices and diverse dietary requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Valid police check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check (if applicable).
