The newly appointed Ambassador will be an integral part of the
**Wine Selectors** dedicated Team, delivering the wide range of premium Aussie Wine producers and products. You will be the face of the brand, driving growth and delivering successful sales performance.
**_*Extra hours are available if you are interested in also working across our technology clients**_**

**About the Role**:
**Casual hours approximately 20 hours/week), including weekend work.**

The Sales Ambassador will be responsible for:

- Engagement and alignment with the Wine Selector brand
- Offer personalised solutions that exceed customers’ expectations
- Always deliver an exceptional service and member experience
- Contribute positively to our culture
- Achieve fair and reasonable targets
- Telesales phone calls

To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:

- Proven success in a sales role demonstrating resilience; or capabilities to become one
- Hold a current RSA qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Hold a current Food handling certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver’s licence is preferable but not essential
- Ability to work a 7-day roster at various shift times
- Sales experience within the wine industry is preferable but not essential
- Excellent wine knowledge, WSET qualifications or the like are desirable but not essential
