**Role Summary**:

The Donor Care Assistant works within the Donor Care team, supporting the Direct Marketing framework in achieving the organisation’s fundraising goals by providing a high quality, timely and positive donor experience and processing all incoming data into the donor database.

This is a great opportunity to use your strong customer service and data processing skills for a vital cause. The Donor Care team provides essential customer service via several contact channels, processing data, answering queries from donors and the general public, and working as part of a busy team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to queries, complaints, and other general feedback
- Process incoming data files
- Manage refund requests and escalate when necessary
- Update records promptly on database

**Essential criteria**:

- High level of customer service skills with a professional telephone manner
- Knowledge of databases, preferably Raiser’s Edge.
- Strong administration and time-management skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively
- Adaptable, motivated, and resilient
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Warm, welcoming, and enjoy connection with others
