Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

**Your Impact**
As an **Electrical Maintenance Supervisor** at our** Yatala** site, you will be responsible for reliability and electrical maintenance of machinery in the packaging department, in addition to coaching and coordinating the activities of the maintenance teams and machine specialists. This position is vital in sustaining a collaborative, efficient, and safe work environment for team members, while producing some of Australia's most iconic beverages.
**Key responsibilities**
- Coordinate and execute maintenance activities ensuring that all machinery is working to optimal efficiency
- Ensure both on-site contractors and maintenance teams are aligned and working effectively
- Maintaining a detailed work history captured through our maintenance management system
- Utilising your knowledge and experience to provide specialist technical advice to assist in rectifying faults
- Contribute to development of continuous improvement initiatives and projects
- Adhere to all health and safety operating procedures, policies & PPE requirements, in addition to ensuring SOPs are up to date, and facilitating a safety conscious culture

If you have **leadership qualities** that engage and empower others, an** A-Grade electrician licence** with strong general electrical knowledge, and **maintenance experience** in an **FMCG environment**:
