The ResMed Digital Health Technology (DHT) team powers digital experiences and engagement to enhance the lives of millions of people every day through connected care. As we continue to grow and evolve as an organization and supply chains across the globe face continually increasing challenges, this Product Management leadership role will be focused on digitally transforming ResMed's Supply Chain Operations aligned with our overall corporate strategy.

The Lead Product Manager (Supply Chain Operations) will play a key role in partnering with Supply Chain Operations business & technology senior leaders to define the vision of a highly sophisticated, streamlined, state-of-the-art supply chain that forms the backbone of our Operations. The Lead Product Manager will work closely with one Enterprise product team, with ownership of one segment of the Supply Chain, while also playing a leadership role across multiple Enterprise product teams across the supply chain, to deliver on that vision.

Product Managers at ResMed sit at an exciting intersection of technology, design, and business strategy. We shape high-level product goals but also get our hands dirty On an average day, you might pitch a concept to senior leadership, build a release plan with Delivery Management, work with designers and researchers to conduct user interviews or concept tests, conceptualize a new capability, determine and document product requirements, analyze usage data, and/or contribute to the overall company strategy.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities- Play an active role in defining and driving the vision and strategy for Digital Transformation of Supply Chain Operations, aligned with our Operations strategy
- Identify key areas of unmet needs & opportunity in the product portfolio and prioritize according to consideration of all stakeholder needs
- Build strong relationships and influence with the global product leaders across our connected solutions eco-systems in order to deliver business outcomes
- Actively participate and lead in portfolio, product roadmaps, and release strategy development
- Act as a mentor and coach within the team to support team members’ growth and development in product management skills and capabilities.
- Contribute to leading a team culture based on trust, psychological safety and fun Executing on a plan that will help change millions of lives
- (If required) review and support team members’ development, identifying training and providing opportunities to broaden experience and career growth.
- Build excellence in Supply Chain knowledge, trends and understanding, including market analysis and other industry intel.
- Support new product introduction activities to ensure optimal business success
- Operate as an integral member of your product team through discovery and delivery activities; sharing opportunities, defining requirements, conducting interviews and testing concepts, and analysing product data
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure a consistent experience for our internal users & external suppliers
- Lead initiatives to improve our product team processes and efficiency and coordinate across multiple product teams to remove obstacles and solve common problems
- Manage the priority of releases across the supply chain Enterprise product teams with Delivery Management
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels (including Senior Leadership) across a geographically dispersed organization
- Demonstrate resilience, creativity and flexibility in dealing with driving Solutions that span several business units and reporting structures - able to navigate the complexity of a global, multi-layered organization
- Bring a new level of thought leadership to the team in what good product management looks like in the enterprise space

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

Required:

- 7+ years’ experience in product development (Product Management preferred)
- Experience driving product discovery, including feature breakdown, use case creation, and detailed requirements definition
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain systems, how they connect with each other and the data flows between them
- Demonstrated experience in driving outcomes through delivering solutions
- Highly analytical demeanor with an ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Ability to think strategically on critical business needs, and to simultaneously act tactic
