**Part Time Maintenance Officer**

**Position Summary**:

- Responsible to complete general maintenance and upkeep of the property, guest rooms and public areas, feeling empowered to make an impact
- Support the Engineering and Maintenance team with general operational tasks whilst showcasing your creative and innovative skills
- Respond to guest requests whilst engaging and inspiring them with each guest experience
- Actively conduct repairs to the building and equipment, demonstrating your readiness to adapt to any situation
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new like-minded people to enable future bookings

**About You**:

- Relevant experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.
- Working rights in Australia
- Able to work across a 7 day roster including weekends
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
