**Ready to step into an outbound sales and account management role in the tile industry?**

Quantum Leap Imports is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused **Account Manager** to join our team. We are an importer and wholesaler of porcelain and ceramic tiles, supplying retail and trade customers across Northern NSW, South-East Queensland, and Northern Queensland.

This role is ideal for someone with retail experience in the tile or flooring industry who’s ready to take ownership of a customer portfolio, grow regional sales, and represent a reputable brand in-market. This would be an ideal role for someone looking to grow from a single retail store environment to take on broader multisite responsibilities.

**About the Role**

This is a dynamic, hands-on role split between:

- **3 days on the road** - Visiting, supporting, building relationships, and selling into our existing customer base across QLD and Northern NSW.
- **2 days in our Slacks Creek office** - Managing admin tasks including order processing, sample preparation, enquiries, and general sales support.

You’ll be the key point of contact for our retail customers, helping them succeed through great service, strong product knowledge, and proactive sales support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow relationships with existing retail accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and engage prospective customers aligned with our product range.
- Deliver in-store support: samples, point-of-sale materials, pricing advice, and showroom maintenance.
- Process orders and respond to stock and product enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems, including visit reports and sales activity tracking.
- Liaise with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Support internal admin including product uploads, marketing communications, and customer follow-up.
- Monitor customer performance, outstanding accounts, and profitability.
- Regional travel required (overnight trips as needed).

**About You**
- Background in tile or flooring retail, with strong product knowledge and customer insight.
- Motivated, self-directed, and confident in managing a flexible but planned call cycle.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organised and proactive, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Physically capable of lifting and delivering sample boxes (up to 30kg with safe lifting practices).
- Full Australian driver’s licence required.
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
