Cargo Operations Coordinator

As our business continues to expand and thrive we are seeking Cargo Operations Coordinator's to support one of our customers. This role will be a face-to-face opportunity located at our Sydney International Cargo Facility.
This opportunity will be a 12 month opportunity with the possibility to extend.
**Tasks**:
- Develop optimal cargo loading plans based on aircraft capacity, cargo weight/volume, nature of goods (e.g., perishable), and client requirements.
- Review and validate cargo manifests to ensure accuracy of cargo details (quantity, weight, volume, destination) against physical shipments.
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound operation
- Liaise with freight forwarders, airlines, ground staff, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations.
- Other relevant tasks assigned by superior
**Skills and experience**:
- Industry working experience preferred.
- Fluent English & Mandarin, both Written & spoken, is essential
- Good PC skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Min Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
