**The Opportunity**:
- A brand new role has arisen for an experienced Planning Assistant to support the PDI team. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to support in a number of facets including but not limited to:
- Coordinating, planning, scheduling and management of resources to meet our DIFOT (Delivery in Full on Time)
- Providing day to day assistance and support to the PDI Planner
- Timely support and liaison with our sub-contractors, vendors, customers and internal staff
- Generate, communicate and manage Wacol Utility & Construction build plans
- Manage the Transport Delivery Planning sheet for QLD allocations
**Roster**: Monday to Friday
**Role Located**: Wacol

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Comprehensive planning/scheduling experience with excellent organisation skills
- Working knowledge of Quality Assurance
- Intermediate IT skills with strong Microsoft Office suite experience
- Team player capable of interacting with and managing stakeholders
- A talent for problem-solving and providing fast and effective solutions.
- An eye for detail with strong organisation skills
