We are seeking a passionate and experienced Landscape Construction Trainer/Assessor to join our team in Brisbane. As a qualified and experienced trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to students enrolled in our landscape construction courses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver classroom-based training and assessment to students enrolled in landscape construction courses.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials in line with the course requirements and standards.
- Conduct assessments of students' practical skills and knowledge.
- Provide feedback to students on their progress and performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, assessment results, and course progress.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our course offerings and delivery methods.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or higher.
- Relevant industry experience in landscape construction.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality training and assessment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

- Landscaping: 3 years (preferred)

- AHC30916/AHC30921 Qualification? (required)
