Link Labor Hire is a growing Recruitment Agency based in Sydney hiring for our clients. This position is for a **Operations Manager** with 1-2 years experience working with fruits and vegetable supply industry.

Job Location**:Homebush NSW**

Start Date: ASAP

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Manage the order processing system from receipt to fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead and motivate the operations team, providing clear direction and support.
- Implement quality control checks and procedures to maintain high standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to manage stock effectively.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify and implement areas for improvement in operational processes and workflows.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years experience working with fruit and vegetable industry
- Strong knowledge in logistics and supply chain management, order processing, inventory management, team leadership, quality control, vendor relations, operational efficiency, compliance, data analysis, and health and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Needs to be flexible with working hours

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
