We are looking for a passionate and energetic
**OPERATIONS MANAGER** for the
**Homebush** locations in Sydney.

This role has a
**high focus** on ensuring that incoming and outgoing
**merchandise** are processed in an accurate manner according to company regulations and standards.
**Supervise** the team of stock associate, ensuring that work is processed in a
**timely** and
**efficient manner.**

You will be confident in managing a team of sales experts and be passionate about investing in their
**career development**.

**The Role**:

- Managing a big team of sales consultants /stylists
- Provide on-going training to all Stock Associates.
- Partner with Store Manager on scheduling based on business needs and tasks.
- Partner with Store Manager to complete shipping/receiving team reviews and
development plans.
- Achieving sales and KPI targets
- Conducting performance reviews and upskilling team
- Manage high stock operation and ensure store visual standards are adhered to

**About You**
- Experienced retail manager ideally in fashion apparel
- Energetic, Passionate and Goal oriented
- Ability to collaborate and work within a big team environment.
- Inspiring leadership skills and ability to develop your team
- Capable of managing high volume of stock operation and feedback on product
- Commercially minded
- Experience in executing company visual merchandising standards
- Articulate and strong communicator with ability to maintain client relationships
- Passion for styling and a genuine interest in premium fashion
- Ability to targets and KPIs
- Proven experience on related experience.
