**Day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Preparing and delivering course materials aligned with the Training and Assessment Strategy (TAS).
- Guiding students through assessments and supporting them in achieving their qualifications.
- Ensuring all assessments are conducted in compliance with the Standards for RTOs 2015 and ASQA guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate records of training delivery, assessment outcomes, and student progress.
- Participating in validation and moderation activities as required by the RTO.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Minimum qualification: Advanced diploma of Leadership Management(BSB60420 ), or Advanced Diploma of Project Management (BSB60720).
- Mandatory: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
- Proven experience delivering and assessing project management training in the VET sector.
- Strong understanding of competency-based assessment principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently with professionalism and attention to compliance.
- Experience in developing and contextualising training materials is highly regarded.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
