**What’s the role?** Global Transaction Services (GTS) deliver innovative and reliable transaction banking solutions across domestic and international markets, while also managing the payment infrastructure for the entire Westpac Group. In this role, you’ll lead the Business Controls & Monitoring (BCM) Advisory function for Global Transaction Services, guiding a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class risk management. From control uplift to incident remediation, you’ll shape how risk is understood, owned, and embedded across the business. You’ll partner with senior leaders, advise on strategic initiatives, and ensure our frameworks not only meet regulatory standardsthey set the benchmark.
