We are currently looking for experienced and passionate Male Mental Health Support Workers to join our team and contribute to enhancing the life of an individual aged 19.

**Position Overview**:
As a Mental Health Support Worker at AUSLIFE DISABILITY CARE, you will play a crucial role in providing support to the client. Currently, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated support workers both male and female to join our team in providing exceptional to individuals who require support.

Should be,
- Fluent in English language skills.
- Middle-aged, enthusiast, and easy to get along with.
- Experience working with individuals with diverse needs is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one support and assistance to individuals with diverse needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Engage the individual in social and recreational activities, fostering independence and community integration.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the individual's needs are met effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Community Participation**: Facilitate and engage in community activities to promote social integration and participation.
**- Personal Care**:Assist with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and well-being of the clients.
**- Transportation**: Safely transport clients, creating a supportive and secure environment.
**- Appointment Assistance**: Accompany clients to appointments and provide necessary support.

**Requirements**:

- Experience**:Proven experience as a Male Mental Health Support Worker, with a strong background in community participation and personal care.
**- Qualifications**: Relevant qualifications in mental health, disability support, or a related field.
**- Communication Skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a team.
**- Driver's License**:A valid driver's license is essential for transporting clients.
**- Availability**: Flexible availability, including weekends, with a commitment of 10 hours per day every day.
