**Position Details**:

- Location: Clyde North
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (split into two shifts per day)
- Weekend Shifts: Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30 am - 2:00 pm

**Responsibilities**:
As a vital part of our existing team, your role is to establish an engaging and positive environment for the client's development. This includes creating tailored activities that align with her unique needs and interests. Your commitment involves providing reliable and consistent support during scheduled shifts, fostering open communication with the team, and maintaining strong connections with the client's family.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Completion of all required NDIS modules.
- Adherence to sanitation modules ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Possession of full comprehensive car insurance.
- Access to a reliable car for transportation.
- Physical fitness to lift and move around the client as needed.

**Additional Preferred Qualifications**:

- A diploma in Mental Health, AOD, or related field OR tertiary qualifications in social science or a related discipline (current studies also considered).
- At least 2+ years of experience in the field of mental health and/or disability.
- Working rights within Australia.
- A current valid clean Driver's License and the ability to undertake some travel.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Records Check and Working with Children Check - Employee.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
