Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Event administrative tasks - agreements, invoices, event checklists, location searches
- Adhering to event schedules and deadlines
- Coordinating event requirements such as printing, merchandise, staff rosters
- Event bump in and pack down
- Coordinating and liaising with staff, clients, speakers and prospects
- Managing multiple events with overlapping deadlines
- Confident and a good communicator, able to speak to event organisers, clients and manage issues as they arise
- Project management of marketing campaigns
- Liaising with and managing external agencies
- Attending interstate and overseas events/ meetings as required (must have a Valid passport and be able to travel freely to the US and within the APAC region)

- Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently
- A team player, and able to take the initiative
- Flexible and adaptable
- A problem-solver
- Experienced working in a large to enterprise sized organisation
