**What You'll Be Working On**
- Manage and deliver the annual strategic marketing and communications plan, focusing on the Advertising & Promotional calendar
- Lead execution of campaigns, promotions, and advertising materials ensuring all communications are on-brand
- Coordinate the rolling 12-month A&P calendar and share updates with key stakeholders including franchise partners and NZ team
- Manage brief coordination from product teams, construct internal timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Oversee photography shoots and content production from pre-production through to final delivery
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external agency partners

**What Type of Person Will Succeed**
- 8+ years relevant marketing experience with a tertiary degree
- Retail marketing experience preferred, along with experience leading direct reports
- Proven success in planning and executing BTL campaigns (eDM, DM, social media)
- Creative and confident team player with strong negotiation and multitasking abilities
- Experience working with agencies and third-party partners
- Excellent creative appraisal skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong commercial acumen and data-driven analytical thinking
