Our client is a well-known Australian manufacturer who has a focus on safety and quality. They employ over 500 staff within a 24 hour modern manufacturing facility and are looking for experienced Forklift Drivers to join their team.

**The Job**:

- Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to move materials and products within the dispatch area.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory control and proper handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the safety of all personnel and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance or operational issues to the supervisor.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Proven experience as a Forklift Driver, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Current NSW Forklift Licence and demonstrated ability to operate different types of forklifts.
- Excellent knowledge of forklift safety procedures and the ability to adhere to strict safety guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy and fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate handling and documentation of goods.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days and nights.
