Unite Resourcing are seeking an experienced Civil/Project Supervisor to join a civil contracting company focused on delivering services to WA's water service industry. This role is both local and site-based, and flexible rosters are on offer.

The role will require
**previous experience **in the following:

- Plan, manage, and lead multiple teams built of direct staff and contractors.
- Safety leadership including management and review of SWMS, permits, procedures, toolbox, and daily prestart meetings.
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with relevant departments, suppliers, consultants, and contractors.
- Delivery of project completion scope of work in a manner that is safe, on time, and on budget.
- Liaising with Project Engineers and Managers to ensure effective project delivery.

**attributes and qualifications**:

- Relevant qualifications and/or substantial experience.
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication, report writing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
