**Opportunity**

Multiple 6-month contract opportunities based in the south-eastern suburbs at APS6 Level.

**Role**
- Undertake investigation and analysis to plan, develop and conduct compliance actions that are risk-based and proportionate to the type of suspected or actual non-compliance.
- Prepare complex and sensitive correspondence & case files including reports, compliance advice, delegate briefings and submissions, and enforcement instruments for service upon parties.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of work processes for a small team.
- Provide guidance to others within the Agency

**Requirements**:

- A well-developed capability to implement contemporary compliance processes and practices, including conducting regulatory operations and obtaining and analysing evidence
- Demonstrated experience in undertaking compliance action to achieve the objectives of a compliance function
- A strong commitment to continuous improvement and to the development of solutions to achieve quality outcomes
- Excellent analytical capabilities, written and oral communication skills and experience producing quality reports, advices, briefings and correspondence of a complex nature.
- Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands, and tight deadlines while remaining flexible to new priorities and tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound judgements and decisions based on thorough monitoring and analysis, problem-solving, innovation and evidence-based practice
- Experience in mentoring a team in an environment that deals with complex matters and stakeholders
- An understanding of, or proven ability to, acquire knowledge of the _NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework _and the _NDIS Act 2013_
