Reporting to the Joint CEOs, the Marketing & Advertising Manager will be responsible for the output and performance of the Marketing team to achieve company objectives. With over $600 million in operating and development assets across Australia and plans for further expansion, this individual will play a pivotal role in achieving overall business goals and increasing revenue and brand awareness.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Develop and Implement Branding & Advertising Strategies**:Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive branding and advertising strategies for Aspen Group's corporate brand and its sub-brands, including residential living, lifestyle, and holiday park properties. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and market positioning
**Design Oversight**: Brief and collaborate with internal marketing personnel and external design agencies to create compelling marketing collateral that reflects the Aspen Group brand identity and positioning. Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences
**Messaging Development**: Define and articulate the unique value proposition of each property within the Aspen Group portfolio. Create compelling brand narratives and messaging that resonate with target audiences while maintaining consistency with the overarching brand identity and positioning
**Marketing Collateral Creation**: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, signage, online content, and advertising campaigns. Ensure that all collateral effectively communicates key brand messages and contributes to brand awareness and engagement
**Copywriting**: Write marketing collateral, adhering to brand voice and messaging guidelines. Create engaging, clear and compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates key property features and benefits
**Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive positioning opportunities. Gather insights to inform strategic decision-making and refine branding and marketing strategies accordingly
**Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives. Identify areas for improvement and optimisation, making data-driven recommendations to enhance brand awareness and engagement
**Website Management**: Manage website updates in collaboration with web developers, ensuring that content is up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines. Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic
**Artwork Approval**: Review and approve artwork created by in-house marketing personnel or external designers, ensuring that it meets brand standards and effectively communicates key messages
**Skills and Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing management related to real estate
- Understanding or passion for real estate market dynamics
- Strong writing skills and experience in writing design/creative briefs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, with focus on accuracy and quality
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel interstate
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
