**The opportunity**

As a Branch Technical Officer, you will undertake tasks that support the administration of various tax revenue line/s, update, maintain and review the customer database and support the delivery of effective and efficient customer services.

Reporting to a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Resolving, and assisting others to resolve, tax technical matters (including complex matters), including those escalated by, or referred from, other teams.
- Achieving agreed performance targets and supporting business objectives.
- Coaching team members and providing effective leadership.

- Experienced in managing complex or technical enquiries and providing specialist advice to external and internal customers
