**About Us**:
Polyaire, an international manufacturer and wholesale distributor of air conditioning products, is seeking a Branch Supervisor to join our team in Ballarat. With 27 branches across Australia and over 50 years of industry experience, we are leaders in providing sustainable comfort through innovative Air Touch solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The Branch Supervisor will oversee inventory, customer services, staff management and sales growth to ensure the branch operates efficiently, effectively and is profitable.
- Overseeing of Branch staff, monitoring and evaluation of staff performance
- Provide support for counter sales activities
- Daily running of the Branch in a highly professional manner
- Enforcement and improvement of current processes within the office and the warehouse
- Accurate inventory management
- Supervise storage, packing and dispatch processes for customer orders
- Identify and secure new client business sales opportunities
- Building of strong relationships with Key Account Holders
- Forecasting and Monitoring of Stock Levels
- Provide technical information and advice of Poylaire products
- Ensure all company vehicles are maintained in accordance with manufacturers insturctions and daily checks are completed
- Compliance in WHS Legislation.

**Qualifications/Attributes**:

- Technical or tertiary qualifications advantageous along with work experience in the air conditioning industry.
- Proven track record in a management or supervisory role
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to develop and mentor staff
- Advanced interpersonal skills and leadership qualities are required
- Strong negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
- Attention to detail and competency in prioritising tasks
- Implementation continual improvement processes
